Baileys Cherry Cafe

Bailey’s Cherry Cafe is a super simple drink to make and really good. You might not think that Captain Morgan Rum and Bailey’s would go together but it does. Be sure to chill the liquid complete and shake the drink well.

Baileys Cherry Cafe Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Baileys with a Hint of Coffee
  • 1/2 oz. Captain Morgan Rum
  • 1 dash maraschino cherry juice
  • cinnamon/sugar mix

Baileys Cherry Cafe Directions

  1. rim a martini glass with cinnamon and sugar
  2. drizzle cherry juice in the glass to layer
  3. add Bailey’s and Captian Morgan
  4. shake Baileys and Captain Morgan with ice until cold
  5. strain into glass
