Passion Ginger Margarita

A Passion Ginger Margarita is an exotic drink. Chances are you don’t have many of these ingredients in your home bar. Passion Ginger Margarita Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Tequila Blanco (Simbra Azul preferred)
  • 1/2 oz. Cointreau or triple sec
  • 1 oz. Boiron Passion Fruit Puree
  • 1/2 oz. Boiron Mango Puree
  • 1/4 oz. fresh ginger juice
  • 1/2 oz. Monin Passion Fruit Syrup
  • 6 crushed coriander seeds
  • 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice

Passion Ginger Margarita Directions

  1. using a tumbler or tall glass, rim edge with Jamaica Salt
  2. add ice to shaker
  3. add all ingredients (any order)
  4. shake drink well until liquid is cold
  5. carefully pour into grass being mindful of not disturbing rum
